Zhu’s Instagram Post, Janurary 2024




Zhu Shan’s Instagram post is inspired by three letters I found at a flea market, all addressed to the same person called Zhu Shan. The real life detail in this anonymity drawn my attention and I’ve decided to virtually bring this person into life.




It was a recreation of my idea of the late 20th century, meant to explore how did people like me found a nostalgic sense in an era which they have never experienced.
